Journal Entry: Reflections on presentation.

Someone else’s melancholy can cast gloom over your energy.
You must protect your spirit.
We are each responsible for the image we project—and called to practice restraint, discipline, and conscious intention.
Vulnerability, when sincere, signals a readiness for change—an admission that the path forward must differ from the one behind.
But outside that space, we position ourselves as victims:
listening for wounds,
speaking to lament,
and absent in the presence of clarity.
To present yourself in this way is the greatest disservice you can impose—on yourself and on others.
